I'm normally a pants/jeans girl, but sometimes a dress just speaks to you. I found this dress at the end of season sale at Neimans for an amazing price and am finally breaking out now that spring is here. The color is so rich and the scuba-like materials is very flattering. This is my first Rebecca Taylor dress, but probably not my last, especially if I can find another one for such a great price!
I hope your week is going well! I'm finally back home and can tell that I have spring on the brain as all I want to buy are colorful rompers, flowy dresses, and pieces that go from the pool to dinner. I'm going to the beach next month and I'm obsessed with this bathing suit and might grab this dress to go over it. Also, this bag is on my list as it is so chic and such a great deal at under $35!
There are also a few great sales going on right now/ interesting collaborations to look forward to.
Tibi is having an online sample sale, which is always a great chance to pick up one of their pieces for a great price. I'm trying to be good, but I have my eye on this top, this dress, and these boots. Shop the sale here.
I hope you had a great weekend! I was up in NYC for the weekend to celebrate the wedding of one of my best friends from high school and college. I always love going to NYC for any reason, but it's extra special when I can have a mini reunion with friends. We all have our favorite pieces that we reach for time and time again and this outfit is a combo of most my favorites. I wore this for a dinner with friends where I was running very late (no surprise...) and nothing in my closet looked right. This trusty combo saved this day. Why mess with what works? Do you have a go to outfit?

I hope your week is going well! Mine has been crazy, so I'm keeping it short today. I've always been a heels girl, but after finding these New Balance sneakers, I might be ready to trade those heels in. I'm obsessed! Thanks for reading and have a great day!
I hope your week is going well! I picked up this skirt during the last Piperlime sale and can't rave about it enough (especially as it is under $30 right now). I was a little nervous about the midi trend as I'm pretty short (5'2 and hence my collection of heels). However, I've found a few ways to make it work for me. I had the skirt hemmed to hit right below the knee (my definition of a midi skirt), and am wearing nude heels to elongate my (short) legs. I also kept my look monochromatic on top. By doing these three things, I found that the midi skirt is actually quite flattering and I might pick up a few more (especially if I find them under $30!). Have you embraced the midi skirt trend?

Also, don't forget about the following sales that end today: - Take 30% off the Courtney Bib at Bauble Bar. I have my eye on this one. - Don't forget to check out the Piperlime extra 30% off sale with code GETLUCKY. Some of my favorites are below.
I hope you had a great weekend! I feel like I've been running for the past few weeks, so I took this weekend to relax. I had a massage on Saturday, where I fell asleep and started snoring on the table.... I guess that means I was really relaxed! Afterwards I caught up with friends at Community Smith and discovered my new favorite dessert, popcorn ice cream! It is the perfect blend of sweet and salty and I'm not even a big ice cream fan. I've ditched the winter coats (well, the Georgia version of a winter coat), and am transitioning to spring. I've worn this vest before on the blog but it is the perfect piece to toss on as the warms up (and hopefully stays this way!). Thanks for reading and have a great day!
